EXHIBITOR APPLICATION PROCESS: GALLERIES

QUALIFYING PROCESS:

Applications are juried by a panel of independent jurors noted for their expertise and involvement in the Toronto art community who will look at the quality of work and the time established as a professional organization i.e.dedication in the art world.
We ask that you include four images each of at least three of the artists that you will represent, a very brief history of your organization, e.g. years in business and major types of work represented are two most salient pieces of information.

Categories include Painting, Watercolour, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Drawing, Printmaking (original prints*)and Photography. *Limited 'traditional prints' (e.g., litho, etching, woodblock) are acceptable.

Keeping with the standards of quality all works exhibited are originals only. PLEASE NOTE: Digital art, giclees and reproductions are not permitted. No poster giveaways.
It is optional if you wish to include bios of the sample artists that you submit.

Booth Size Options:
A. PREMIUM GALLERY (10’ hardwall display):
Modular unit size: 10’x10’: $3895
Minimum booth size, two modular units: 10’x20’ ($7790) equivalent 40 facing linear ft.
PREMIUM CENTRAL COURT GALLERY Exhibitor price includes:
Premium placement on show floor
White 10' hardwall booth definition
Gallery and Gallery Artists' profiles & images on the dedicated Toronto Art Expo website
Two exhibitor and two staff badges
Toronto Art Expo will provide 3 lights per modular unit and one furniture package per booking
200 public Opening Night passes to provide your clients free access to you
Inclusion in the Toronto Art Expo guide brochure

Deposit: $600 per application (deposits returned if not accepted)

B. GALLERY: (8’ hardwall display)
Modular unit size: 10’x10’: $3250
Minimum booth size, two modular units: 10’x20’ ($6500) equivalent 40 facing linear ft.
GALLERY Exhibitor price includes:
Premium placement on show floor

Gallery and Gallery Artists' profiles & images on the dedicated Toronto Art Expo website
Two exhibitor and two staff badges
Toronto Art Expo will provide 3 lights per modular unit and one furniture package per booking

Note: booth prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

PAYMENT

For your Deposit at the time of application as well as subsequent instalments once you have been accepted you can select your method of payment. You may pay directly by credit card, you can send a cheque to the address on the application form or transfer the money through your bank. (you will find transfer information on the application form).

If your submission is not accepted by the jury your deposit will be returned in full.

EXHIBITOR'S FORMS & INFORMATION KIT:

Practical information relevant to participating in the Expo. These will become available to the successful applicants.
