APPLICATION PROCESS FOR INDEPENDENT ARTISTS

QUALIFYING PROCESS:

Applications are juried by a panel of independent jurors noted for their expertise and involvement in the Toronto art community who will look at the quality of work and the time established as a professional organization i.e.dedication in the art world.
We ask that you include seven images. These can be sent as jpegs by email, by CD/DVD or reference to website.

Categories include Painting, Watercolour, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Drawing, Printmaking (original prints*)and Photography. *Limited 'traditional prints' (e.g., litho, etching, woodblock) are acceptable.

Keeping with the standards of quality all works exhibited are originals only. PLEASE NOTE: Digital art, giclees and reproductions are not permitted. No poster giveaways.
It is optional if you wish to include bios of the sample artists that you submit.

BOOTH SIZES & PRICES:

NOTE: There are a limited number of 5'x15' and 10'x10' booths sizes available

OPTION 1: 5’x15’ BASIC: $2350 includes 25 ft. of 8' hardwall
OPTION 2: 5’x15’ CORNER: $2595 includes 30 ft. of 8' hardwall
OPTION 3: 10'x10' $2650 includes 30 ft. of 8' hardwall
OPTION 4: 10’x15’ BASIC: $2950 includes 35 ft. of 8' hardwall
OPTION 5: 10’x15’ CORNER: $3450 includes 45 ft of 8' hardwall
OPTION 6: 10’x20’ BASIC: $4200 includes 40 ft. of 8' hardwall
OPTION 7: 10’x20’ CORNER: $4650 includes 50 ft. of 8' hardwall

Booth sizes: 5'x15', 10'x10' and 10’x15’ are for one artist only, 10'x20' is good for one or two artists sharing. Larger booth sizes allow for more than one artist exhibiting
Deposit: $500 per application (deposits returned if not accepted)

PAYMENT

For your Deposit at the time of application as well as subsequent instalments once you have been accepted you can select your method of payment. You may pay directly by credit card, you can send a cheque to the address on the application form or transfer the money through your bank. (you will find transfer information on the application form). You can also select payment through PayPal by clicking on the PayPal button below.
